Your Birth Mapping journey will be split into two sessions, each designed to fully equip you with the tools and knowledge to a positive birthing experience.

Session One will consist of Mapping Your 3 Pathways.

In this session we will learn all about you and your pregnancy and birth journey, discuss any fears and work to resolve these and discuss any gaps in your knowledge.

We will explore your options and different birthing scenarios, discuss your priorities for your birth and identify the potential pathways and map out your birth plan.

Session Two will consist of reviewing and finalising your Birth Map.

This session we will discuss and refine your birth map based on any knew information or any changes in your circumstances. Ensure your map is practical, detailed and ensure your birth partner is equip with the knowledge and confident to advocate for you.

You will also receive your own copy of the Birth Map by Catherine Bell, and we will play the game of birth.

Please note: this session fee needs to be paid at time of booking.

Over three in home antenatal sessions we will learn all about you and your pregnancy and birth journey.

During our sessions I will learn to understand you, and your partner and get a real sense of who you are and what kind of birth you want.

My aim is to build connection and have you feeling comfortable and confident in birthing on your own terms.

This package will consist of in person support in the fourth trimester completely tailored to suit your needs.

We will have one in home catch up during your pregnancy to discuss what you're envisioning for your postpartum journey.

What you get:

1x 1.5 hour in home catch up during your pregnancy to discuss what you're envisioning for your postpartum journey

12 hours of postpartum support over the first 6 weeks (4x 3 hour sessions)

Help with establishing effective breastfeeding or referrals if required

Unlimited text and email support during our time together

My postpartum care is flexible can will be tailored and adapted to suit you, but can include things like:

• Birth Debriefing

• Help with older children

• Meal prep or grocery shopping

• Light household tasks

• Caring for baby while you rest, take a shower or bath or have some time to yourself

• Walk and feed pets

• Boundary setting support and advice
