Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta encapsulation is a process that involves transforming your whole placenta into capsules that are taken in postpartum by mum for numerous health and wellbeing benefits.
Encapsulation is such a beautiful way to honour your placenta which fed and nourished your baby while also reaping the benefits.
As a mum myself who reaped the benefits of encapsulating and continues to reap the benefits of using placenta salves from my left over capsules, encapsulating placentas is one of my favourite ways to support new mums postpartum.
I offer three methods of placenta encapsulation, Traditional Chinese Method, (Traditional Chinese Method) where the placenta is steamed, dehydrated and encapsulated. Raw Method, where the placenta is only dehydrated and encapsulated. And half/half method, meaning you can reap the benefits of both types.
